# Voice

> Collect card payments over the phone

Natural collects card payments over the phone and keeps your systems out of PCI scope. Transfer the call to Natural's agent and get it back when the payment is done.

## Collect payments

* **Connect the call:** create a voice session for a payment intent, then transfer the caller to Natural.
* **Process the payment:** Natural's agent confirms the amount, takes the card by speech or keypad, and charges it during the call.
* **Return the call:** choose where Natural transfers the caller after the payment step, or end the call.

## Review payments and calls

* **Track payments:** receive payment updates through webhooks.
* **Review calls:** view session logs and transcripts in the dashboard or through the API, with card details redacted.
