# Accept

> Accept card payments by checkout link or voice

Accept debit and credit card payments by checkout link or over the phone. Manage payments, refunds, and disputes from the dashboard or API.

## Collect payments

* **By link:** create a payment intent and share its hosted checkout link. Natural's hosted checkout takes the card and processes the payment.
* **Over the phone:** transfer a call to Natural's card collection agent, which processes the payment and returns the call.
* **For your customers:** use [Connect](/guides/products/connect) to accept payments on behalf of enrolled customers. Funds settle into each customer's wallet.

## Manage payments

* **Track payments:** follow payment outcomes through webhooks and view transactions in the dashboard or through the API. Funds become available after settlement.
* **Issue refunds:** return part or all of a payment to the card.
* **Handle disputes:** review chargebacks, submit evidence, or accept disputes.
